Join us where it all started! Award-winning Dance for PD classes invite people with Parkinson’s and their partners to explore movement and music in ways that are enjoyable, stimulating, and creative. This research-backed global program is designed for people living with Parkinson's but benefits anyone with mobility concerns. No dance experience is required - class may be enjoyed seated or standing. Energizing and inspiring live music will guide you as you discover diverse dance styles and practical movement methods that address balance, flexibility, and confidence. In Sing for PD classes, professional singers share their joy of singing and knowledge acquired through years of training in vocal projection and clear enunciation. Interactive classes focus on breath and rhythm in support of vocalization, and include a choral exploration of Broadway favorites, American standards, and specialized styles.

PD Movement Lab classes combine elements of dance and other movement styles to create strategies that help individuals navigate common PD symptoms. Developed by Pamela Quinn, this class focuses on function and physical expression while striving to help students live life to the fullest. Offered in-person and online.

Designed for those who seek a level of mastery, comprehension, and focus through a rigorous dance experience, Dance for PD PRO classes integrate elements of diverse dance styles to help people with Parkinson's build and master a specific set of skills through a focused, intensive approach. Expert teachers will guide you through accelerated physical and cognitive training, technique, improvisation, and a focus on structural alignment in an intimate, friendly, personalized workshop environment. Each class includes a progressive all-standing warm up, standing barre work and traveling steps. This class is offered On Demand during our Summer hiatus, and will be updated each week.
