Join us where it all started! Award-winning Dance for PD classes invite people with Parkinson’s and their partners to explore movement and music in ways that are enjoyable, stimulating, and creative. This research-backed global program is designed for people living with Parkinson's but benefits anyone with mobility concerns. No dance experience is required - class may be enjoyed seated or standing. Energizing and inspiring live music will guide you as you discover diverse dance styles and practical movement methods that address balance, flexibility, and confidence. Available in-person and online.

Afro-Caribbean Community Class and Q&A

Pat Hall and musician Pamela Patrick unite dance, rhythm, and song to create an environment and dance community that nurtures, heals, renews, and inspires the body and spirit. Accessible for all dancers at all levels, this class features seated and optional standing activities that explore the rich traditions of the African diaspora.

Designed for those who seek a level of mastery, comprehension, and focus through a rigorous dance experience, Dance for PD PRO classes integrate elements of diverse dance styles to help people with Parkinson's build and master a specific set of skills through a focused, intensive approach. Expert teachers will guide you through accelerated physical and cognitive training, technique, improvisation, and a focus on structural alignment in an intimate, friendly, personalized workshop environment. Each class includes a progressive all-standing warm up, standing barre work and traveling steps.
