Laura Hymers Treglia is a dance artist and Feldenkrais Practitioner living in Colorado Springs, CO. A graduate of The Ohio State University’s BFA program, Laura developed her dance career in NYC, performing with the Tiffany Mills Company, Wil Swanson, Laura Staton, Maurice Fraga, and others. Laura also contributed to the dance field as Director of Education for the Trisha Brown Dance Company, and later for Pascal Rioult Dance. In 2008, Laura completed her Feldenkrais training, and currently teaches Feldenkrais as an adjunct at Pikes Peak Community College, and guest instructor at Colorado College and University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. Continuing to live her love for dance, Laura performs regularly with Ormao Dance Company. In December 2017, Laura initiated a Dance for Parkinson’s program at the Ormao’s studio, and offers weekly classes to the Parkinson’s community.
