Class Description: Class begins with a welcome circle and a Tai Chi warm-up.A variety of fun exercises such as Mirroring and Stretching with music, Dancing in chairs.Simple, Argentine Tango walking steps to music with emphasis on core strength and balance, repeated each week to maintain memory. Social morning tea and chat time, a special themed morning every 7 weeks with invited guests to perform. Term breaks.
Class Cost: $2.50 per person per week.
